And we can't start talking about internet privacy and security issues either because from a political standpoint you're naked to the world of politicians and military anyway through their technologies. As far as institutions, spies, etc. it is ridiculous to worry about this. The way e learning is viewed in the professional sphere is also disheartening to most applicants. I have never been encouraged to enroll even on the most interesting topics or classes as a result of this.
